No refunds for services rendered
Once a billing cycle begins and work has commenced, we do not offer refunds for that month's services. This includes strategic planning, campaign setup, content creation, ad spend management, and any other deliverables agreed upon in your plan.
Pause or cancel anytime
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the start of your next billing cycle. We do not lock you into long-term contracts. If you choose to pause, we'll keep your files and settings ready for 90 days.
Billing transparency
Every month you'll receive clear documentation of deliverables and performance metrics as part of our standard reporting. If you have concerns or feel something is off, we encourage you to reach out directly — we're here to make things right.
Fairness comes first
We believe in fairness and integrity. If you experience any issues or believe you were billed incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and our team will promptly review the situation.
